FREE Photography and Website Build - Terms & Conditions
Three (3) businesses will be eligible to receive this giveaway, chosen at random for each area:
a) One (1) business in Hobart area
b) One (1) business in Fremantle area
c) One (1) business anywhere in Australia subject to Clause 3
To be eligible to win a business must:
a) Follow Athenium’s Instagram OR Facebook AND;
b) Share the giveaway post on Instagram OR Facebook Stories.
Businesses will receive x2 Bonus Entries if they subscribe to Athenium’s mailing list at the bottom of the website
Recipients will receive a minimum of 25 edited photographs of their business/products AND;
Ten (10) hours of website building or a refresh of existing website.
a) Any platform fees such as website hosting and access to building tools must be paid by the recipient.
b) If the recipients would like further hours spent on their website they can purchase them at a 30% discount of usual rates (discounted price = $45.50/hour).
Eligible local businesses must be within 30km radius of Hobart or Fremantle.
One business anywhere in Australia must have products that can be sent via regular post.
a) Postage up to the total cost of $25 will be covered by Athenium
b) This business can request their products be sent back to them, noting that packaging will need to be opened for photography use
c) Athenium is not liable for any damage to these products during shooting or postage
d) Athenium will not be travelling to this business site and will only be photographing products sent via post.
The recipients are not eligible for any compensation if they are dissatisfied with the services provided.
The recipients agree to abide by Athenium’s Code of Conduct.
Recipients will be chosen through random ballot and contacted via Instagram, Facebook or email within five (5) business days of close of entries.
If a recipients does not respond after five (5) business days after being contacted, a new winner will be drawn for that area.
Recipients have three (3) months to redeem their giveaway prize before expiry.
Entries for this giveaway close at 11pm AEST Wednesday 17th September 2025.
